We worked with Steve to purchase a historic home up in Ephraim WI. Steve was great in advising throughout the negotiations which were somewhat complex given the home, it's location, and our financing package. His instinct for navigating the offer and subsequent complicated appraisal process was on point. I would definitely work with him again, and would strongly recommend him to others.

While it is probably routine for him, Steve was able to expertly guide us through the whirlwind of seeing a listing on Zillow on Wednesday, viewing the property on Saturday, and then having an accepted offer on Monday and everything in between - thank you Steve!
